Refund Policy
Please read these terms carefully before using our services
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to all users of numberbidding.com (“Platform”), operated by BYJEE Services Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By using the Platform and making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Participation Fee Policy
A participation fee is charged to enable users to participate in bidding for specific fancy mobile numbers. This participation fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to unsuccessful bids, change of mind, user inactivity, or failure to win a bid.
3. No Refund on Bids
All bids placed on the Platform are final and binding. Bid amounts and participation fees once paid shall not be cancelled, reversed, or refunded, regardless of bidding outcome.
4. Payment Gateway Failures
In the event a payment is debited from the user’s account but the transaction is not successfully reflected on the Platform, users must report the issue within 24 hours. Such cases will be reviewed, and if verified, the amount may be credited back to the original payment source as per payment gateway timelines.
5. Duplicate or Excess Payments
Any duplicate or excess payments made due to technical errors may be reviewed by the Company. If verified, the excess amount may be refunded after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.
6. User Errors
Refunds shall not be provided for payments made due to user errors, including but not limited to incorrect bidding, incorrect number selection, or failure to understand the bidding process.
7. Cancellation by Company
In rare cases where a bidding event is cancelled solely due to technical or operational reasons attributable to the Company, a refund or credit may be issued at the Company’s sole discretion.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting customer support may result in account suspension or termination. The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks with the payment gateway using available transaction records.
9. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to payment gateway and banking partner timelines.
10. No Cash Refunds
All refunds, where applicable, will be processed only through the original payment method used during the transaction. No cash or alternative refunds will be provided.
11. Final Decision
All refund-related decisions made by BYJEE Services Private Limited shall be final and binding. The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of Platform terms.
12. Changes to Refund Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
