Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation Policy applies to numberbidding.com (“Platform”), operated by BYJEE Services Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing or using the Platform and making any payment, users agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. No Cancellation by Users

Once a participation fee is paid and bidding access is granted, users shall not be entitled to cancel their participation or any bids placed on the Platform. All bids are final and binding.

3. No Cancellation After Bidding

Users cannot cancel or withdraw bids once they are placed, regardless of the bidding outcome or user intent. No refunds shall be issued for cancellations initiated by users.

4. Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any bidding event or user participation in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to technical errors, suspected fraud, regulatory issues, or operational constraints.

5. Effect of Company Cancellation

In the event a bidding event is cancelled solely due to reasons attributable to the Company, an appropriate resolution such as refund or credit may be considered at the Company’s sole discretion.

6. Failed Winner Cancellation

If a winning user fails to respond, complete payment, or comply with required verification procedures within the stipulated time, the Company reserves the right to cancel the winning bid and reopen bidding for the same number without any liability.

7. Cancellation Due to User Violation

Any violation of the Platform’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, or applicable laws may result in immediate cancellation of participation without any refund.

8. No Liability for Cancellation

The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from cancellation of participation, bids, or bidding events as permitted under this policy.

9. Final Decision

All cancellation-related decisions made by BYJEE Services Private Limited shall be final and binding.

10. Changes to Cancellation Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
